After purchase, please confirm with the recipient that they have received their Voucher. • Monthly specials must be used during the time period stated on the voucher. If the monthly special is not used in this period, it will be converted to the cash value paid by the customer and will be valid for 3 years from date of purchase

• Rand value vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

• No treatments without a valid voucher or voucher code(s).

• Bookings Subject to Availability

• Value of the voucher redeemable for treatments only. The voucher cannot be used to purchase products, specials, packages or other vouchers.

• Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• No changes to, or treatment swops may be made to the monthly special.

• Order of treatments specified may change due to scheduling availability.

• In the event of the client arriving late for the booking, the therapist will attempt to provide as many of the treatments as possible in the remaining allocated time.

• At the time of making your booking please quote your voucher number or showcase your voucher email in order for your booking to be secured.

• On arrival to Sherbet Angel please present your Gift Voucher/Voucher code as treatments cannot commence without a valid voucher or voucher code.

Cancellations Terms for all Vouchers:

• On the day of your treatment: 100% of voucher value

• 24 hours before your treatment: 50% of voucher value

• 48 hours before your treatment: 25% of voucher value
